These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Wordic Studio (“Wordic Studio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services, submitting an inquiry, making a payment, or using this website, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Wordic Studio provides creative naming services including but not limited to:

Company naming
Product naming
Domain naming suggestions
Linguistic screening
Basic copyright and trademark screening
Semantic and phonetic backstories
Pronunciation guidance

All services are creative and consultative in nature.

2. Scope of Work

The exact deliverables for each project depend on the package purchased.

Current packages may include:

Product Sprint
Brand Sprint
Brand Marathon

Each package includes a specified number of naming options and revision rounds.

A revision round refers to the exploration of entirely new naming directions based on client feedback.

3. Payment Terms

50% of the project fee is payable upfront before work begins.
The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery of the completed project.
Work will not commence until the initial payment is received.
Final deliverables will not be transferred until full payment is received.

Payments are processed through Razorpay.

4. Refund Policy

Clients are eligible for a full refund if work has not yet begun.
If work has begun but final delivery has not been made, clients may request a partial refund of up to 50% of the total project amount.
No refunds will be issued after project delivery.
Dissatisfaction with naming outcomes does not qualify for a refund once deliverables have been shared.

5. Intellectual Property

All concepts, names, ideas, and deliverables created by Wordic Studio remain the intellectual property of Wordic Studio until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment:

Ownership rights to the final delivered naming concepts transfer to the client.
Clients may commercially use delivered names.
Clients may also commercially use unused or rejected names shared during the project.

Wordic Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work, including naming concepts and case studies, in its portfolio, website, presentations, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Trademark & Legal Disclaimer

Wordic Studio does not provide legal advice.

Any trademark checks, linguistic screening, copyright screening, semantic analysis, pronunciation guidance, or domain availability checks performed by Wordic Studio are preliminary and informational only.
