Refund Policy

At Wordic Studio, creative services involve strategic and intellectual work that begins shortly after project initiation.

1. Before Work Begins

Clients are eligible for a full refund if requested before work has commenced.

2. After Work Has Started

If work has begun but final deliverables have not yet been shared:

  • Clients may request a partial refund of up to 50% of the total project value.

The exact refund amount may depend on:

  • Work completed

  • Time invested

  • Research conducted

  • Creative development already performed

3. After Delivery

No refunds will be issued after project deliverables have been shared.

This includes situations where:

  • The client dislikes proposed names

  • The client changes business direction

  • The client decides not to use the naming concepts

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Delays caused by client inactivity

  • Failure to provide required feedback

  • Trademark conflicts discovered after delivery

  • Domain unavailability after delivery

  • Subjective dissatisfaction after completion
